Axcera is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive architecture and hands-on development for a scalable fintech platform in the UAE. You will mentor engineers, raise engineering standards, and own the technical roadmap to deliver reliable, secure products.

You will balance fast delivery with maintainable code, leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, and collaborate closely with product and design teams to turn business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software development with at least 4 in a lead role.
• Strong fullstack experience across frontend and backend.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team, establish engineering standards and ownership.
• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable frontend and backend systems.
• Build modern applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Design backend services, APIs, and data flows with Node.js.
• Set technical direction and roadmap, balancing speed and quality.
• Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements.
