Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Staff/Principal/Architect level demonstrated.
• Experience designing and owning complex production systems.
• Deep experience in financial services (banking, payments, transactions).
• Strong AWS expertise in production environments.
• Excellent communication with technical peers.

Responsibilities

• Shape and review architecture for scalable, secure financial systems.
• Design and improve production-critical systems involving payments and banking infra.
• Investigate complex issues and identify underlying risks and opportunities.
• Participate in architecture and code reviews with senior engineers.
• Drive initiatives from problem definition through solution.
• Establish engineering best practices around reliability, security, observability, and ops.
• Mentor experienced engineers through hands‑on collaboration.
