Job summary

QuantumGate is seeking a Technical Team Lead to steer the architecture, development, deployment of its cryptographic discovery and migration platform in Abu Dhabi. You will guide a multidisciplinary team delivering enterprise-grade solutions that identify cryptographic assets, assess risk, and coordinate migrations.

The role blends software architecture, cloud-native engineering, cybersecurity, applied cryptography, and engineering management, with a focus on secure design and scalable delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in software engineering or architecture with security focus.
• 3+ years leading or managing software teams in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of cryptography, PKI, TLS, and cloud security best practices.
• Experience delivering cloud-native platforms using container tech and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of cryptographic discovery and migration platform.
• Define architectural roadmap aligned with product strategy and security objectives.
• Document decisions on system design, APIs, data models, deployment, and security controls.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team across backend, frontend, DevOps, data, and AI.
• Drive secure SDLC, code quality, testing, and release management.
