Job summary

Harjai Technologies in Abu Dhabi is seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to own the technical delivery of Card Issuing, Loan Processing, and Customer Onboarding initiatives within the banking domain. You will provide expertise across CMS, issuer processing, card lifecycle management and banking integrations, driving end-to-end implementation from requirements to production support and deployment.

Job Role

• Own and manage the technical delivery of Card Issuing, Loan Processing and Customer Onboarding technology initiatives within the bank.
• Provide hands-on technical expertise across Card Management Systems (CMS), issuer processing, card lifecycle management and banking integrations.
• Drive end-to-end implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, integration, SIT/UAT, certification, deployment and production support.
• Manage integrations with Core Banking, APIs, middleware, digital banking, CRM, fraud systems, payment platforms and other dependent applications.
• Support and troubleshoot end-to-end loan process and customer onboarding workflows, including system integrations, data flows and transaction processing.
• Coordinate with card schemes, processors, technology vendors and internal business/IT teams for delivery, testing, issue resolution and change management.
• Analyze transaction messages, application logs and API traces to identify integration issues and drive RCA and permanent resolution.
• Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, data mappings and acceptance criteria in coordination with business stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE banking regulations, payment-scheme requirements, information-security standards and Bank governance.
• The ideal candidate must be hands-on technically and should have proven experience in Card Issuing + Loan Process + Customer Onboarding, rather than being purely a Project Manager or Business Analyst.
