Job summary

Sritgroup in Abu Dhabi is seeking an IT Technical Lead – Card Issuing & Payments to drive banking and payment technology initiatives, with emphasis on issuer processing and Card Management Systems.

You will work with Visa and Mastercard schemes, ISO 8583, EMV, 3DS, tokenization, digital wallets, core banking integrations, APIs and middleware, and oversee BRDs, UAT, production support, incident management, RCA, and vendor coordination.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Lead – Card Issuing & Payments to support banking and payment technology initiatives in Abu Dhabi. Requirements & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in banking, card issuing, payments, or related technology environments.
• Strong experience with Card Management Systems (CMS) and issuer processing.
• Experience in banking and payment technology implementations.
• Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, ISO 8583, and EMV.
• Strong understanding of authorization, clearing, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Experience with 3DS, tokenization, and digital wallets.
• Knowledge of core banking systems and API/middleware integrations.
• Experience with BRD preparation, UAT, certification, and project coordination.
• Strong production support and incident management experience.
• Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Strong vendor and payment-scheme coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

• Jaywan co-badged card issuing experience is highly desirable.
• UAE banking experience is a strong advantage.
