Job summary

Infinity Electronics MENA is seeking a Technical Engineer in Dubai to support the UAE security market across MENA. You will design systems, prepare BOQs, deliver customer demos and POC, and run technical training sessions for pre-sales and post-sales.

The role requires experience with CCTV, ACS, Intercom, VMS, and servers, plus the ability to travel within the region. You must already reside in UAE with a valid visa and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercoms, VMS, and servers in UAE security market.
• Ability to design systems and prepare BOQs for quotes.
• Capable of customer demos, POC, and technical training.
• Supports pre-sales and post-sales with on-site visits.

Responsibilities

Infinity is expanding its team within MENA region and is looking for Technical Engineers who have experience within electronic security and are capable of handling training sessions, doing customer demo and designing systems. This role is only suitable for those who know electronic security (CCTV, ACS, Intercom, VMS, Servers) and are already experienced or working in the UAE within security.

Salary range is AED3,000 to AED10,000 but can be negotiated based on experience.

Candidate:

• A candidate with good knowledge of Security including CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, VMS, Servers
• A candidate with technical experience of CCTV, Access Control, Intercoms, Servers, VMS
• A candidate who can design systems and build BOQs for customer requirements
• A candidate who can do customer demos, proof-of-concept (POC)
• A candidate who can run technical training sessions
• A candidate who can offer pre-sales and post-sales technical support
• A candidate who can help to maintain company systems such as LAN, Wi-Fi, experience centre
• A candidate who can help with product approvals such as SIRA and MCC certification
• A candidate who can speak Indian languages perfectly such as Hindi or Tamil or Punjabi or Malayalam

The Role:

• You will be a Technical Engineer
• You will get involved in designing systems and preparing BOQ for customer quotes
• You will offer technical support for pre-sales and post-sales
• You might have to visit customer sites to provide technical support
• You will conduct customer demo and POC
• You will run training sessions for technical sales and technical customers
• You will maintain company systems such as demo equipment, experience centre, Wi-Fi and LAN
• You will manage product certifications and approvals like SIRA and MCC
• You will be based in Dubai but you will support MENA region so there are opportunities for travel
