Job summary

Infinity Electronics MENA is seeking a Technical Engineer in Dubai to support the UAE security market across MENA. You will design systems, prepare BOQs, deliver customer demos and POC, and run technical training sessions for pre-sales and post-sales.

The role requires experience with CCTV, ACS, Intercom, VMS, and servers, plus the ability to travel within the region. You must already reside in UAE with a valid visa and a driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience with CCTV, access control, intercoms, VMS, and servers in UAE security market.
• Ability to design systems and prepare BOQs for quotes.
• Capable of customer demos, POC, and technical training.
• Supports pre-sales and post-sales with on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Design security systems and prepare BOQs for customer quotes.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support.
• Conduct customer demos and POC.
• Deliver technical training sessions for sales and customers.
• Maintain demo equipment, experience centre, LAN, and Wi-Fi.
• Assist with SIRA and MCC certification approvals.
• Travel within UAE/MENA as needed.
