Qualifications

• Extensive experience as Technical Director or Head of Technical on major build projects.

• Experience in PMC and contracting environments.

About the role

You will lead technical operations on major hospitality and residential developments, ensuring compliance with design intent, building codes, and contractual requirements. Your responsibilities will span project mobilisation, technical problem solving, quality assurance, and site leadership. This role demands strong technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive standards across multi-disciplinary teams.
