Job summary

Client of Redfish Solutions in the UAE seeks a Lead Design Manager to oversee all design engineering and technical delivery from post-award through construction and handover.

You will act as the principal technical interface among the Client, PMC, Operator, Consultants, and authorities, ensuring coordinated, approved, and buildable information aligns with programme, procurement, quality, and commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Recent UAE-based experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design.
• 12–15 years in Design Management or Technical Delivery with at least 3 years in a management position.
• Minimum five years delivering luxury hospitality or hotel refurbishment projects.
• Strong Design & Build coordination, technical approvals, shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups.
• Luxury hospitality and high-end interior fit-out projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead all design engineering and technical delivery activities from post-award through construction and handover, ensuring timely, compliant information delivery.
• Serve as the primary technical interface between the Client, PMC, Operator, Consultants, Authorities and project team.
• Ensure information aligns with programme, procurement, quality and commercial objectives.
