Unity Infotech Solutions LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks a Technical Analyst to own a Wealth or Brokerage platform, bridging business, vendors and IT in a regulated banking environment. You will drive technical analysis, integration coordination and delivery across the full trading lifecycle.

You will coordinate end-to-end system and API integrations (OMS, exchanges, market data), lead stakeholder workshops, ensure production support and security compliance, and monitor SLAs.

• 8–10 years in banking or fintech tech roles.
• Strong techno-functional experience in WealthTech & Brokerage Trading.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms such as Kafka, SQS, TIBCO.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Monitoring tools experience (Dynatrace).
• Production support, incident and change management.
• API design, consumption, and enterprise integration experience.
• Cybersecurity awareness in regulated environments.

Technical Analyst – Wealth & Brokerage Platform

We are seeking a Technical Analyst to take full ownership of a Wealth or Brokerage platform. This role replaces an existing resource and requires the analyst to independently drive technical analysis, integration coordination, and delivery execution across the complete trading lifecycle.

The Technical Analyst will act as the single technical point of accountability, bridging business, vendors, and internal IT teams from requirements through production support, in a regulated banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical analysis and execution for the Wealth & Brokerage platform.
• Support the implementation and integration of Wealth and Investment systems, covering asset classes such as equities, bonds, funds, retirement planning products, corporate actions, and Robo Advisory platforms, ensuring seamless integration with brokerage trading systems, customer journeys, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
• Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops and document current and future-state process flows.
• Coordinate end-to-end system and API integrations including OMS, exchanges, market data, settlement, and digital channels.
• Support SIT, UAT, Pre-Prod, and Production delivery including cutover and go-live readiness.
• Provide first-line production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Monitor system health, SLAs, and KPIs using enterprise monitoring tools.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 8–10 years of experience in banking or fintech technology roles.
• Strong techno-functional experience in WealthTech & Brokerage Trading.
• Experience with middleware and integration platforms (Kafka, SQS, TIBCO).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms and architecture, including AWS and Azure.
• Monitoring tools: Dynatrace.
• Strong production support, incident and change management experience.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in designing, consuming, and supporting APIs, microservices, and enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, data privacy regulations, and security architecture in regulated environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
• Awareness of fintech technologies such as blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets.
• Proficiency in architectural design and documentation tools (Visio, Draw.io) and project management platforms (JIRA, Confluence).
