Job summary

Unified Microsystems in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for both technical and behavioral competencies. The role covers IT services knowledge, customer service, teamwork, and professional effectiveness.

You will design materials, conduct hands-on sessions, onboard new hires, and collaborate with SMEs to keep content up to date with current tools and operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of experience in training, learning and development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, including both technical and soft skills training.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Design and update training materials, modules, manuals, presentations, and practical exercises for technical and soft skills programs.
• Work with internal and external subject matter experts to develop, review, and facilitate technical training content reflecting current systems and practices.
• Create, maintain, and update a comprehensive training plan and schedule covering technical and soft skills programs for timely delivery.
• Conduct engaging technical and soft skills training sessions, including hands-on demonstrations and practical assessments.
• Facilitate onboarding and refresher technical trainings for new hires and existing staff.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance observations.
• Recommend improvements to training programs based on outcomes and needs.
• Track training attendance, completion, and competency development.
• Perform other duties to support organizational goals.
