Job summary

RoboHub.ae is seeking a proactive Marketing Content Creator to support our robotics technology portfolio in Dubai. You will develop engaging video content, write compelling scripts, shoot and edit footage, and coordinate product demonstrations with internal teams to showcase capabilities.

You will design promotional materials, manage digital campaigns, email marketing, and lead generation, while maintaining brand consistency across brochures, posters, social media, and CRM updates.

Qualifications

• Degree or ongoing studies in Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in technology, robotics, and AI, with the ability to learn new products quickly.
• Good content writing, scriptwriting, video shooting, and editing skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Adobe tools, or similar graphic design platforms.
• Understanding of social media marketing, email marketing, content analytics, and lead generation.
• Good communication, customer coordination, and organizational skills.
• Creative, responsible, and able to manage multiple marketing and customer-related activities.
• Must have a valid self-sponsored UAE residence visa, such as a Golden Visa, family-sponsored visa, or other valid residence visa.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand the company’s robotics and technology products to create accurate and engaging marketing content.
• Analyze social media and content trends to brainstorm new ideas and identify opportunities for stronger engagement.
• Plan, develop, script, shoot, and edit promotional, educational, product demonstration, and social media video content.
• Review performance reports of existing content, identify what is working, and execute improvement plans to increase reach, engagement, and overall content performance.
• Create company and product brochures, posters, flyers, social media creatives, banners, and other promotional materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Create and execute email campaigns, product promotions, announcements, follow-up campaigns, and other digital marketing activities.
• Manage mailing lists, CRM updates, and track campaign performance and responses.
• Knowledge of Zoho Campaigns and experience creating and managing email campaigns is preferred.
• Research and identify potential customers and decision-makers through LinkedIn, online platforms, directories, exhibitions, and other lead-generation channels.
• Conduct cold outreach, follow up with leads, and maintain accurate lead and customer records.
• Manage showroom leads and demo enquiries generated through marketing activities, coordinate demonstrations, and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Build and maintain customer relationships by managing project communication, collecting requirements, and coordinating updates with internal teams.
• Follow company stock and asset-management procedures when handling demo units, marketing equipment, project tools, and other company resources.
