Qualifications

• 10+ years of backend software development with Java and Spring Boot.
• 3+ years in a Tech Lead or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience designing and delivering microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong REST API design experience and OpenAPI (Swagger).
• API security expertise (OAuth2, JWT).
• Proven track record leading large-scale fintech projects with cross-functional teams.
• Domain experience in digital assets or related fintech services.
• Security, compliance, and data integrity requirements in fintech apps.
