Job summary

Dicetek LLC is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer in Dubai to design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and React. You will work with microservices, secure REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies across FinTech, Banking, and Cybersecurity contexts.

The role requires hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD, and AI integrations, plus strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in full-stack software development.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise projects.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Cybersecurity preferred.
• Design and review code, ensure high availability and security.
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices.
• Develop secure REST APIs, backend services, and event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Strong experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Security, JPA, WebFlux and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Experience integrating third-party systems, payment platforms, security solutions, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, performance optimisation, and high-availability environments.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Cards, Credit Management, or Cybersecurity is preferred.
• Good experience in technical design, code reviews, testing, documentation, and mentoring development teams.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

The ideal candidate should have experience working on complex high-availability platforms within FinTech, Banking, Payments, or Cybersecurity environments.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Design and develop scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, React, and Microservices.
• Develop secure REST APIs, backend services, and event-driven solutions using Kafka and RabbitMQ.
• Strong experience with Spring Cloud, Spring Security, JPA, WebFlux and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, OpenShift, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Spring AI, LangChain, RAG, OpenAI, or vector databases is highly desirable.
• Experience integrating third-party systems, payment platforms, security solutions, or enterprise applications.
• Strong understanding of application security, authentication/authorization, performance optimisation, and high-availability environments.
• Experience in FinTech, Banking, Payments, Cards, Credit Management, or Cybersecurity is preferred.
