Job summary

Hyrra partners with a Dubai-based client to hire a Tech Lead who owns the engineering function end-to-end—architecture, standards, and delivery—while staying hands-on in the codebase.

You will lead a small cross-functional team, set code quality and delivery standards, and translate product requirements into technical roadmaps; you will make key tooling and infrastructure decisions and write production code.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering, 2+ in a lead/senior role.
• Strong production experience with React and Golang.
• Proven system design across complex, multi-service architectures.
• Clear communicator with delivery ownership.
