Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Backend: Java 11+ with Spring ecosystem (Boot, MVC, Data, Security).
• Frontend: React.js with state management (Redux/Context API).
• Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Databases: PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Cloud platforms: AWS/Azure/GCP; Docker and Kubernetes.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a professional with strong full‑stack expertise who is passionate about building scalable enterprise applications and modern web experiences. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying mission‑critical solutions that power our client digital transformation journey.

Job Purpose

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end development of robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in Java and React to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, while also mentoring junior developers and contributing to our client's architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Full‑stack development: Design, build, and maintain applications using Java (Spring Boot) for backend and React.jsfor frontend.
• System architecture: Contribute to solution design, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Agile delivery: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (designers, product managers, QA) in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Mandatory Technical Skills

• 5-7 years of professional experience in software development.
• Backend: Expert-level knowledge of Java 11+, with deep hands‑on experience in the Spring Ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security) .
• Frontend: Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles, along with experience with popular React state management libraries (Redux, Context API).
• API & Microservices: Proven experience in building and designing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
• Databases: Solid experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Cloud & DevOps: Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

Preferred Skills (Differentiators)

• Experience with TypeScript on the frontend.
• Knowledge of server-side rendering frameworks like Next.js .
• Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with performance monitoring and application profiling tools.
