Job summary

Techies Institute is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to drive the design, development and delivery of scalable software solutions. You will guide development teams, enforce engineering best practices, and ensure successful project execution across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires 8–12 years in software development, proven leadership of enterprise-scale applications, and strong skills in object-oriented programming, system design, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software developers through the complete software development lifecycle.

• Mentor developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. • Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in distributed or remote teams.


• Exposure containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.


• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging systems.


• Familiarity with security best practices and application performance monitoring.


• Relevant cloud or technology certifications are an added advantage.
