Job summary

La Fosse Associates is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager in Dubai to lead technology-enabled transformation programmes across a global, fast-paced events and media organisation.

You will partner with senior executives to translate strategy into prioritised roadmaps, while maturing enterprise PMO and delivery frameworks in hybrid, Agile environments.

Salary: 30 000 - 35 000 AED per month (Tax free) + benefits

Are you a senior Delivery Manager who thrives where technology, business strategy and complex transformation collide in a large-scale enterprise environment

An established international organisation within the events and media industry is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Senior Delivery Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how technology-enabled change is delivered across a fast-paced, global environment.

This is far more than a traditional project delivery role. You'll operate as a senior business partner, connecting strategic priorities with technology execution, leading complex cross-functional initiatives and helping evolve enterprise-wide delivery, PMO and agile ways of working.

What you'll be driving

• Lead complex technology-enabled transformation programmes and portfolios from discovery through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation.
• Translate business strategy into prioritised roadmaps, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Establish and mature enterprise PMO, portfolio governance and delivery frameworks without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.
• Partner with senior executives, Product, Technology, Finance and business leaders to drive prioritisation, investment, risk and delivery decisions.
• Coach Product Owners and teams across Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean and hybrid delivery environments.
• Manage complex dependencies, suppliers, budgets, risks and competing priorities across multiple teams, platforms, brands and events.
• Use data and portfolio insight to improve delivery predictability, performance, quality and business value.

What we're looking for

• Significant experience leading complex technology, digital transformation, business change or enterprise programmes/portfolios.
• Proven experience building or significantly maturing PMO / portfolio governance capability.
• Strong Agile, Lean, enterprise-scale and hybrid delivery expertise.
• Exceptional executive stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial understanding across budgets, investment cases, resource planning, suppliers and benefits realisation.
• Experience coaching Product Owners around product thinking, roadmaps, prioritisation, backlogs and outcomes.
• Experience using delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
