Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking to strengthen its Security team with an entry-level/full-time position. You will lead and support security colleagues, help ensure the safety of guests and staff, and respond to incidents with professional discipline.

The role requires prior security experience and strong leadership, with good English communication and willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of Security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and professional and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
• Good English communication skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
