Job summary

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in safeguarding guests, colleagues, and property. You will perform patrols, monitor CCTV and access-control systems, and respond to emergencies with professionalism and discretion.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills, plus the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of Security experience, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
Previous supervisory or team leader experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, observation, and decision-making skills.
Good knowledge of security operations, CCTV monitoring, access control, and emergency procedures.
Ability to remain calm and professional and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
Good English communication skills and flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and support Security colleagues in delivering Hyatt standards.
Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel property.
Conduct regular patrols and monitor CCTV, access-control systems, and alarms.
Respond promptly and professionally to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
Prepare accurate incident reports, security logs, and required documentation.
Coach and motivate team members while fostering teamwork, respect, vigilance, and care.
