Job summary

Rosewood Abu Dhabi is seeking a Team Leader – In Room Dining to manage daily In Room Dining and Employee Dining Room operations, ensuring exceptional service, efficiency, and team performance.

You will lead by example, coach associates, support training initiatives, and ensure guest and associate dining experiences reflect Rosewood’s commitment to hospitality and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in In Room Dining or Food & Beverage supervisory roles within a hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent guest service mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily management of In Room Dining and Employee Dining Room operations to maintain service excellence.
• Lead, coach, and motivate associates; ensure Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA compliance.
• Oversee order-taking, food delivery, and dining operations for accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct daily briefings, inspections, inventories, and operational checks to maintain quality.
• Address guest and associate feedback promptly and professionally; drive service recovery.
• Support training, performance development, and adherence to SOPs across both outlets.

THE TEAM

The In Room Dining team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi delivers personalized dining experiences directly to our guests while also supporting the operation of the Employee Dining Room. Through exceptional service, operational excellence, and attention to detail, the team ensures both guests and associates receive a seamless and memorable dining experience.

As a Team Leader – In Room Dining, you will report to the Assistant Manager – In Room Dining and work closely with In Room Dining associates, order takers, culinary teams, and Employee Dining Room attendants to maintain service excellence across both operations.

YOUR ROLE

As a Team Leader – In Room Dining, you will support the daily management of In Room Dining and Employee Dining Room operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and team performance.

You will lead by example, supervising associates, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring all guest and associate dining experiences reflect Rosewood’s commitment to hospitality and service excellence. Your leadership, attention to detail, and operational knowledge will contribute significantly to the success of both outlets.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Support the day-to-day operation of In Room Dining and Employee Dining Room services, ensuring seamless execution and service excellence
• Lead, coach, and motivate associates while maintaining Rosewood Brand Standards and LQA standards
• Supervise order-taking, food delivery, and employee dining operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and guest satisfaction
• Conduct daily briefings, inspections, inventories, and operational checks to maintain quality and consistency
• Handle guest and associate feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution and effective service recovery
• Support associate training, performance development, and operational compliance across both outlets
  

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You have experience in In Room Dining, restaurant operations, or Food & Beverage supervisory roles within a hospitality environment
• You are passionate about delivering exceptional guest and associate dining experiences
• You possess strong leadership skills and enjoy developing and mentoring team members
• You have excellent organizational skills and can effectively manage multiple operational priorities
• You are comfortable working with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and Food & Beverage operational systems
• You communicate fluently in English and thrive in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
