Qualifications

Job description

Responsibilities
  • Document preparation: Edit documents according to organizational style guidelines and prepare content for publication.
  • Insights and reporting: Prepare, coordinate, and finalize data-driven reports and analytics outputs.
  • Data collection and analysis: Conduct research using primary data sources and identify relevant information to analyse key themes, trends, and patterns.
  • Policy and business advice: Provide specialist guidance on the interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and escalating highly complex or sensitive issues when required.
  • Internal communications: Implement internal communication plans using established communication systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Regulatory and compliance management: Support the design and implementation of compliance programs, liaise with regulators, and ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Compliance team support: Supervise or coordinate regulatory and compliance activities where required.
  • Health, safety, and environment: Monitor HSE KPIs, performance trends, and behavioural patterns within the area of responsibility.
  • HSE improvement: Take corrective action to address non-compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions.
  • Capability development: Build personal capability through training, coaching, development planning, and professional accreditation where applicable.
  • Industry awareness: Maintain strong knowledge of technology, external regulations, industry standards, and best practices through continuous learning.
  • Audit compliance: Manage a portfolio of audit assignments and ensure audits cover identified risk areas.
  • Corrective action management: Work with auditees to agree corrective actions, resolve audit findings, and episode serious or contentious issues to audit leadership.

Experience
  • General experience: Over 10 years of experience, with the ability to handle most situations independently and advise others.
  • Managerial experience: 7 to 12 months of experience supervising junior colleagues.
