MyCareer+ Dubai private family seeks a professional Private Teacher to provide high-quality education, developmental guidance, and structured learning support for four children aged 2, 4, 5, and 7 in a warm family environment.

The role combines academic instruction with age-appropriate activities; there is a bilingual emphasis with English required, Russian preferred, and Arabic as an advantage. Schedule is six days per week; live-out, visa sponsorship and health insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Demonstrated experience caring for children, preferably in private households.
• Warm, well-educated, and able to deliver meaningful learning opportunities.
• Energetic, physically active, and hands-on in caregiving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons in core subjects tailored to each child’s needs.
• Support the academic progress of older children after school, including homework supervision and enrichment.
• Provide early childhood education and creative learning experiences for younger children.
• Develop and implement structured educational plans fostering curiosity, creativity and study habits.
• Integrate play-based learning to support social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
• Encourage bilingual or multilingual skills with focus on English; Russian and Arabic are advantages.
• Accompany children to extracurricular activities and educational outings.
• Maintain routines promoting academic and personal growth.

Position Overview:

• Type: Live-out

• Languages: Fluency in English is required; Russian is preferred; Arabic is an advantage
• Driving: A valid driver s license is an advantage
• Compensation: From 15000 AED per month negotiable based on experience and qualifications
• Schedule: 6 days per week; working hours are flexible and may be adjusted according to the family s needs and the candidate s availability

Key Responsibilities:
