Job summary

MyCareer+ in Dubai seeks a professional Private Teacher to educate four children aged 2, 4, 5 and 7 with developmental guidance and structured learning support. The role blends academic instruction with age-appropriate activities in a warm family setting.

Responsibilities include delivering tailored lessons, supervising homework and enrichment, and fostering bilingual skills (English preferred; Russian/Arabic advantageous). Flexible hours and visa sponsorship are provided.

Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or related field.
• Experience caring for children, preferably in private households.
• Warm, well-educated, and able to deliver meaningful learning opportunities.
• Energetic, physically active and hands-on in caregiving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
• Discreet, respectful and mindful of family privacy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging age-appropriate lessons in core subjects tailored to each child’s learning needs and developmental stage.
• Support academic progress of older children after school including homework supervision and enrichment activities.
• Provide early childhood education and creative learning experiences for younger children during school hours.
• Develop and implement structured educational plans that foster intellectual curiosity, creativity and strong study habits.
• Integrate play-based learning to support social, emotional and cognitive growth.
• Encourage bilingual or multilingual skills with a focus on English; Russian and Arabic are an advantage.
• Accompany children to extracurricular activities and educational outings.
• Maintain consistent routines that promote both academic and personal growth.
• Collaborate closely with parents and household staff to ensure a cohesive educational approach.
• Provide regular progress updates to the family in a professional manner.
