Take responsibility for student progress and use prior attainment data to establish appropriate expectations and learning targets. Monitor achievement consistently and provide clear, constructive feedback that helps students understand their progress and next steps. Meet assessment requirements and record student development using Target Tracker. Use assessment evidence to guide future planning, classroom provision, differentiation, and targeted interventions. Provide parents and carers with meaningful feedback regarding student progress and development through Parent Teacher Conferences and other meetings.
Use appropriate online technologies to support contemporary teaching and student engagement. Facilitate face-to-face, hybrid, and distance learning when required, adapting teaching strategies and resources to maintain effective participation and academic progress.
