Ideal Profile

Candidates for FS or KG positions should hold a bachelor 's degree in Arts together with a two-year Montessori qualification or two-year Early Childhood Care and Education qualification. For Primary and Middle School roles, applicants should hold a bachelor 's degree in Arts or Science together with a Bachelor of Education, with qualifications aligned to the same teaching subject. Senior School candidates should hold bachelor 's and master 's degrees in Arts or Science together with a Bachelor of Education. Academic qualifications should correspond directly with the subject being taught. Specialist teachers in areas such as Dance, Music, Physical Education, Special Education Needs, Art, or ICT must hold an appropriate specialist qualification in their teaching field. For KG positions in Sharjah, applicants should hold a bachelor 's degree in Arts or Science, a Bachelor of Education, and a one-year diploma in Early Years or Montessori education. The required academic qualifications must not have been completed through distance learning, correspondence study, or an open university. A minimum of 2 years of school teaching experience is required. Previous experience with CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, or IB curricula is preferred.
