Job summary

Emirates British Nursery in Dubai is hiring a childcare professional to support the safety and development of young learners within the Early Years Foundation Stage framework. You will deliver planned educational activities and promote independent learning in a nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Early Childhood or related field with Level III certificate.
• Or high school diploma with Cache Level 3 and 2+ years in childcare or education.
• Native-level English proficiency.
• Dubai resident or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and development of all children across physical, emotional, and educational domains.
• Carry out planned educational activities and promote independent learning.
• Provide a high standard of care and education within the EYFS framework and British curriculum.
• Encourage inclusion and adapt activities to meet individual needs.
• Monitor, assess, and record children's needs using the Learning and Development Profile Book.
• Maintain responsibility for care, welfare, health, safety, and security of all children.
• Participate in assessments and prepare reports on children's work and development.

Requirements

• University degree in Early Childhood, Education, or a related specialization with a certified Level III vocational certificate
• OR a high school diploma with a Cache Level 3 vocational certificate and at least two years of experience in childcare or education
• Native-level proficiency in English
• Currently residing in Dubai or planning to relocate to Dubai
