Job summary

Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai invites a seasoned Cost Controller to join our client’s manufacturing team in Dubai. The role focuses on developing cost control systems, analyzing cost data, and providing financial insights to support strategic objectives.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, has ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), strong analytical skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with production and procurement teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience in cost control and management accounting in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement cost control systems and procedures.
• Conduct cost analysis and variance analysis to identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Prepare and analyze cost reports and budgets.
• Monitor and control production costs including material, labor, and overhead.
• Identify and implement cost-saving measures.
• Collaborate with production and procurement to optimize costs.
• Participate in pricing strategy development.
• Provide financial support to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting and financial regulations.
