Qualifications

• Successfully completed legal studies and possibly a traineeship focused on tax law and/or corporate law.
• Experience or strong interest in creating contracts, expert opinions and presentations independently.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills, initiative and team spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert opinions and advisory services to clients in tax planning and corporate law.
• Draft and negotiate company agreements and prepare shareholder resolutions.
• Coordinate contracts with notaries and manage court proceedings.
