• Ideally pursuing a master's degree in tax law while planning for the tax advisor exam.
• Ability to prepare tax-related documents and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and responsibility for projects in corporate tax law.
• Focus on restructuring, corporate succession, and corporate transactions.
• Communication with clients via telephone, video call, and in-person meetings.

Skills

Knowledge of tax law

MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Interest in complex structuring models

Education
