Qualifications

• Professional culinary training or relevant certificate and proven experience as a Tandoori Chef.
• Strong knowledge of traditional tandoor cooking techniques.
• Experience with tandoori chicken, tikka, kebabs and naan.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of tandoori dishes, including chicken, tikka, kebabs, naan, and other specialties.
• Operate and maintain the tandoor while ensuring food is cooked to the highest quality standards.
• Follow food preparation procedures and maintain consistency in taste and presentation.
• Adhere to food hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times.
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
