Job summary

AWJ in Dubai is seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) – Tandoor & Curry to manage the Indian hot kitchen section. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in tandoor cooking and curry preparation, ensuring high-quality food production and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities include preparing tandoor items and a variety of Indian curries, supervising Commis chefs, and maintaining kitchen operations. We're looking for candidates with 3–6 years of experience in a similar role who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as CDP or DCDP in Indian cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of tandoor operations and curry preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook tandoor items such as naan, roti, kebabs.
• Prepare a variety of Indian curries, gravies, and biryanis.
• Supervise and guide Commis chefs.
