Responsibilities

• Own recruitment delivery across one or more Quantum Talent accounts.
• Act as day-to-day delivery contact for clients, understanding hiring plans and timelines.
• Personally source, headhunt, screen and qualify technology candidates.
• Deliver against high-volume staffing projects with multiple skill sets and tight mobilisations.
• Build talent pipelines across Data & AI, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure.
• Coordinate multiple open requirements, prioritising critical roles and maintaining momentum.
• Manage candidates from engagement through interview, offer, onboarding and deployment.
• Provide clients with regular pipeline, interview, offer and mobilisation updates.
• Collaborate with account leadership to anticipate demand and proactively build pools.
• Support large-scale mobilisation projects involving contractors and relocation to UAE/KSA.

Job description

Own the end-to-end delivery of technology talent into key Quantum Talent accounts, with a particular focus on high-volume contract staffing. The role combines client/account ownership with hands‑on recruitment delivery — understanding demand, building sourcing strategies, managing pipelines and stakeholders.

The successful person will be expected to actively source and engage candidates while coordinating the wider delivery effort across priority accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own recruitment delivery across one or more strategic Quantum Talent accounts.
• Act as the day‑to‑day delivery contact for clients, understanding hiring plans, priorities, timelines and changing requirements.
• Personally source, headhunt, screen and qualify technology candidates.
• Deliver against high‑volume staffing projects, often involving multiple technical skill sets and tight mobilisation deadlines.
• Build structured talent pipelines across areas including Data & AI, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity and IT Infrastructure.
• Translate technical requirements into effective sourcing strategies and quickly identify the right candidate market.
• Coordinate multiple open requirements simultaneously, prioritising critical roles and maintaining delivery momentum.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle from initial engagement through interview, offer, onboarding and deployment.
• Maintain clear trackers and provide clients with regular pipeline, interview, offer and mobilisation updates.
• Work closely with Quantum's account leadership to identify upcoming demand and proactively build talent pools.
• Support large‑scale mobilisation projects involving contractors, international candidates and relocation into the UAE/KSA.
• Where required, coordinate other recruiters/resourcers against account priorities while remaining personally accountable for delivery.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years recruitment experience, with a strong background specifically within Digital & Technology recruitment.
• Proven experience recruiting across technology disciplines such as Data & AI, Software Engineering, Cloud/DevOps, Cybersecurity, Digital, Product and IT Infrastructure.
• Demonstrable experience delivering high‑volume technology staffing projects, managing multiple concurrent vacancies and candidate pipelines.
• Strong hands‑on sourcing/headhunting capability — this is a delivery role, and the successful candidate will be expected to personally source and engage candidates.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven staffing environment where speed and quality of delivery are equally important.
