Job summary

Nestlé Middle East in Dubai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to collaborate with hiring managers across the MENA region to attract top FMCG talent. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to offer and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with Nestlé values.

This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Talent Acquisition (FMCG, sales or marketing) with excellent communication in a matrix organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years in Talent Acquisition – FMCG/Sales/Marketing Recruitment
• Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across the MENA region to recruit high-caliber talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job briefing to presenting offers.
• Collaborate with regional sourcing teams for key positions and create interview guides for fair assessments.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience and act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers.
