Figure is transforming capital markets through blockchain, combining transparency and efficiency with AI-driven automation to reimagine how loans are originated, funded, and traded. Remotedxb is hiring a recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume customer operations roles in Dubai.

You will source, engage, assess, and close qualified candidates, build robust pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to move roles forward while delivering a responsive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience in high-volume, customer-facing, or operations roles.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong organization and ability to manage multiple roles.
• Ability to use recruiting metrics to track progress.
• Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion.
