Job summary

Foreground LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager in the UAE to drive recruitment strategy across the banking and financial services portfolio. You will oversee workforce planning, employer branding, and end-to-end hiring to attract regional and international financial talent.

You will lead TA strategy, forecast workforce needs with business heads, and manage sourcing campaigns while ensuring UAE Central Bank guidelines and labor law compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business required; Master's preferred.
• 8+ years of recruitment experience in banking/financial services.
• Deep knowledge of regional hiring trends, compliance, and compensation structures.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bilingual in English/Arabic preferred.
