Job summary

Human One Global is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead global recruitment, workforce planning, and employer branding. You will build pipelines, partner with stakeholders, and ensure compliant, high-quality hires across regions.

You will manage sourcing strategies across platforms, screen and interview, coordinate with universities and industry bodies, and maintain accurate candidate records in the H1 Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end talent acquisition and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Global sourcing experience and familiarity with international recruitment channels.
• Knowledge of UAE labor practices and compliance considerations.
• Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent to support the company’s global workforce needs. This is a strategic position that goes beyond simply filling roles - it involves workforce planning, talent pipeline development, employer branding, and building lasting relationships with both candidates and stakeholders.

You will contribute to shaping the future of our team by finding the right people to drive the success and growth of Human One Global.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Collaborate closely with the permanent recruitment team to source high-quality candidates globally.
• Conduct screening, interviewing, and candidate matching to ensure alignment with role requirements.
• Format candidate CVs in accordance with Human One's branding and standards.
• Explore and implement innovative sourcing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Actively monitor and manage candidates’ progress throughout their recruitment journey.

External Resourcing & Networking

• Build relationships with key recruitment partners, industry bodies, and academic institutions (locally and internationally).
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and exhibitions to attract new talent.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with university career departments and training institutions.
• Attend hospitality-related industry and social events relevant to the talent pool.

Internal Resourcing & Advertising

• Search and shortlist candidates using various platforms including Caterer.com, LinkedIn, Facebook, CV libraries, and the H1 Suite.
• Create partnerships with new job boards and online platforms to expand sourcing channels.
• Write and post compelling job adverts and manage application pipelines effectively.

Candidate Engagement & Management

• Attract, pre-screen, and interview candidates across multiple platforms and sources.
• Ensure all legal eligibility checks, references, and candidate documentation are accurate and audit-compliant.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to support performance, retention, and progression.
• Provide training on interview preparation and distribute induction materials as required.
• Collect feedback from clients on candidate performance and ensure continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the H1 Suite database.

General & Team Support

• Assist with answering incoming calls and forwarding inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Respond to queries in a timely manner and elevate where necessary.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company data policies.
• Support a collaborative team environment by encouraging positivity and professional development.
• Attend internal meetings and industry events as required.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional working environment.
• Undertake reasonable tasks as requested by management to support broader business objectives.
