The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates, while efficiently managing recruitment records and processes. This role requires a strong foundation in recruitment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups. A degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
