Job summary

Hanson Search is expanding its UAE team and seeking a Talent Account Manager to lead senior-level searches across the MENA region. You will map markets, identify exceptional talent and support global consultants, delivering high-quality insights and a superior candidate experience.

You will build a global network of senior professionals, work with cutting-edge AI-enabled tools, and contribute to strategic hiring projects for leading organisations in the region.

Responsibilities

• Build strong, lasting relationships with senior-level candidates across the MENA region.
• Conduct market mapping, research and talent identification for senior-level search assignments.
• Support consultants throughout the search process, from initial research and candidate engagement through to shortlisting, interview coordination and feedback.
• Develop a deep understanding of talent markets across multiple industries and functions and build a strong network of senior professionals.
• Provide market intelligence and talent insights, using LinkedIn, competitor analysis and other research tools to support client projects.
• Work collaboratively with consultants and colleagues across our global offices on regional and international search assignments.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and represent Hanson Search professionally at every stage of the process.
• Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence and confidence when engaging with senior candidates from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Use AI-enabled tools and technology to improve the speed and quality of research, sourcing and market mapping.
• Communicate confidently and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

About the job: Talent Account Manager

Hanson Search is a global talent consultancy providing executive search, recruitment and leadership advisory services. Founded almost 25 years ago, we work with organisations worldwide to identify and develop exceptional senior talent.

Our UAE business is growing rapidly. In just two years, we have expanded from one person to a team of seven, working closely with colleagues across the UK, Europe and the US.

We have invested significantly in our brand, marketing, technology and international platform, giving our consultants the tools and support to build strong relationships with senior executives and deliver high-quality work for clients across the region and internationally.

We are now looking for a Talent Account Manager to join our growing UAE team in a predominantly candidate-focused role.

You will support a Director across the business on senior-level searches throughout the MENA region, playing an important role in identifying exceptional talent, building trusted candidate relationships and providing high-quality market intelligence.

You will be involved throughout the search process, developing a strong understanding of different talent markets, industries and functions while building your own network of senior professionals across the region.

Talent Account Manager Responsibilities will Include:
