Job summary

DeepSource Technologies is seeking a skilled Linux Administrator to manage and support our Linux-based server environments in the UAE. You will configure, monitor, and troubleshoot systems, ensure high availability, and implement security best practices.

You will automate routine tasks using Bash/Python and collaborate with development and network teams to deploy applications. Ideal candidates have at least 4+ years of experience, strong problem-solving, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Linux Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS).
• Experience with server management, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in shell scripting and automation tools.
• Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., RHCE, CompTIA Linux+) are a plus.
