We are seeking an experienced OS administrator to act as a first responder, manage tickets, support Citrix and Windows Server environments, and help expand and improve services across on-premises and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of work experience with Microsoft server platforms and integrations.
• Citrix administration experience including VDA, Storefront, and Delivery Controllers.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025 platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory, SQL Server, DNS, Ports, and Windows Firewall.
• Experience supporting environments on VMware ESXi, Azure, or AWS.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first responder for the OS team performing preliminary troubleshooting.
• Manage ticket queues and document resolution steps and histories.
• Assist in escalated incidents and provide solutions within the ticketing system.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.
• Expand and improve existing services.
• Consult and advise on internal and customer environments.
• Maintain, migrate, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot advanced environment OS configurations.
