Job summary

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily briefing with end-user to provide system status.
• Perform on-site System Administration support for end-user personnel.
• Administer user accounts, profiles and policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot mission systems’ performance and link status.
• Perform backups, recovery and restoration per manuals.
• Record maintenance activities in the tracking system.
• Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to engineers.
• Support remote site maintenance and incident resolution.
• Document system problems and manage reports.
