Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking an experienced System Administrator to join our client’s IT team in Dubai. You will maintain and secure Windows-based infrastructure, manage Active Directory and cloud identities, and ensure reliable network services.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science with 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and good communication skills. UAE-based applicants preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure Windows-based infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a System Administrator
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Azure/Entra ID
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
• Hands‑on experience with VMware and/or Hyper‑V
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred
