Job summary

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC in Dubai is seeking an experienced System Administrator to own and secure hybrid IT infrastructure in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role requires strong Windows Server, AD, M365, and cloud identity management skills, plus VMware/Hyper‑V expertise and robust networking knowledge. You will collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to ensure high availability and security.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of System Administration and IT infrastructure experience.
• Windows Server, Active Directory and Group Policy expertise.
• Microsoft 365 and Azure/Entra ID administration experience.
• Strong networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls.
• VMware and/or Hyper‑V virtualization experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain enterprise Windows Server environments.
• Manage AD domain controllers, GPOs, and access controls.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 tenants, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Azure identities.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot networking protocols and VPNs.
• Deploy and optimize VMware ESXi and/or Hyper‑V workloads.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software incidents; incident management.
• Collaborate with IT support teams, network engineers, and stakeholders in Dubai.
• Maintain technical documentation, diagrams, backups, and runbooks.
• Ensure data security baselines and disaster recovery adherence.
