Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS with 3–5 years as a System Administrator.
• Strong Windows Server, AD, Microsoft 365 and Azure Entra ID experience.
• Experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization and network services.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments and IT infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure/Entra ID administration.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure and maintain network services, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Administer virtual environments using VMware and/or Hyper-V.
• Ensure system security, backups, updates, and operational reliability.
• Provide technical support and collaborate with internal teams to resolve IT issues.
