Job summary

Capital.com is seeking a German-speaking client success specialist to partner with Swiss traders and support their growth on our platform. You’ll translate market insights into actionable guidance, resolve issues quickly, and build trust that lasts as we scale across Europe.

You'll collaborate with trading ops, compliance, and product teams, train new clients, and drive retention and portfolio activity while meeting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Native-level German and strong English proficiency.
• Genuine curiosity about financial markets and CFDs.
• Analytical approach linking behavior, markets, and platform usage.
• Clear written and oral communication; able to de-escalate.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with Swiss clients and tailor support.
• Deliver timely market insights for informed decisions across instruments.
• Own client issues end-to-end; coordinate with ops, compliance, and product.
• Train new clients on platform features and trading tools.
• Drive retention and reactivation with proactive outreach and engagement.
• Hit monthly targets for client satisfaction, activity, and retention.
• Identify patterns in feedback to inform product and ops improvements.
