Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a German-speaking FX Sales Trainee Conversion to join our Dubai-based team. You will contact potential clients, convert leads into active traders, and build lasting relationships while educating clients on trading platforms and market trends in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality customer journey, support onboarding, and drive revenue growth through proactive sales and conversions.

Qualifications

• Fluent German C1
• Proven sales experience in any industry (FX finance or high-performance sales preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven ambitious and performance-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced results-driven environment
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales expertise
• Experience in FX (not mandatory) financial services or trading environments
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
• Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles
• Strong customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms financial products and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.
