Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing.
• Experience with brand/marketing/PR or design agency, or in-house marketing team.
• Experience creating original content is essential.
• Bilingual – English and Arabic.
• Strategic thinker with ability to execute with quality.
• Experience managing graphic designers/agency support.
• Significant experience with Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube; adept with management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office & digital marketing tools.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

• Develop an informed social media strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Create and schedule engaging content across social channels in collaboration with marketing and events teams.
• Define KPIs and optimize campaigns based on analytics.
• Set up reporting metrics and analytics to improve strategy.

• Lead and manage a graphic designer and production team from brief to delivery.
• Drive efficiencies across strategy, development and delivery with cross-team collaboration.
