Job summary

AESG is seeking a proactive Sustainability Consultant – Site Supervision to support construction-stage sustainability services across multiple high-profile projects in the UAE, including Dubai. The role requires 3–6 years' experience in sustainability consulting or construction supervision and a strong understanding of LEED, Estidama, WELL and related standards.

You will conduct site inspections, review submittals, coordinate with contractors and design teams, and support authority submissions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, environmental science, sustainability, or related field.
• 3–6 years of sustainability consulting and/or construction supervision experience in the UAE/GCC.
• Experience with LEED, Estidama, WELL, Mostadam, Fitwel, Al Sa’fat (certifications).
• Familiarity with UAE construction practices and authority requirements.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support construction-stage sustainability services across multiple projects in the UAE.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare site observation reports.
• Review material submittals and shop drawings for sustainability compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and design teams for documentation.
• Support certification submissions and authority approvals during construction.
• Monitor waste management, IAQ, erosion and sedimentation control, and environmental compliance on site.
• Track sustainability compliance through trackers, NCRs, and close-out reports.
• Review contractor method statements and sustainability implementation plans.
• Support commissioning coordination and construction-phase documentation requirements.
• Attend meetings and provide technical sustainability guidance.
• Prepare monthly progress reports, dashboards and authority submissions.
• Coordinate with energy, sustainability, commissioning, and digital teams for integrated project delivery.
