Job summary
Egis is seeking a Senior Sustainability Specialist to own day‑to‑day delivery on a live construction site in the UAE. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science or similar.
- LEED AP and Estidama PQP required with proven Pearl delivery experience.
- 10 years delivering LEED/Estidama on live construction sites in the GCC.
- Strong command of PDR→PCR workflow; proficient with LEED Online and Estidama templates; MS Excel for logs & dashboards.
- Mandatory UAE driving licence and car.
Responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day sustainability delivery on a live construction site.
- Coordinate LEED (v4/v4.1) and Estidama PBRS from pre‑construction to handover, planning submissions, hosting audits, verifying field works, and securing Pearl Design Rating → Pearl Construction Rating.
- Build and maintain the construction‑phase credit plan, evidence logs, photo records, and dashboards.
- Prepare and upload documentation to LEED Online and the Estidama portal; manage clarifications to award.
- Site inspections, NCRs & reporting; toolbox talks; monthly sustainability reports; QA/QC & HSE alignment.
- Construction IAQ & handover readiness; plan and document flush‑out or testing.
- Waste & resource performance; track CDWMP, energy and water KPIs; drive improvements with the contractor.
- Coordinate commissioning with CxA/ICA; ensure records for Estidama Stage 4 and PCR close‑out.
- Stakeholder & authority liaison; lead coordination with contractor, subs, client reps and authorities for audits and close‑out.
